BROWNSVILLE, Pa. — A firefighter was hurt late Wednesday while fighting flames at a building in Fayette County.
The fire at the former Brownsville Motel on Market Street started shortly before 11 p.m.
The building is now vacant.
Flames were shooting through the roof when a Channel 11 photographer arrived at the scene.
A firefighter injured his ankle and was taken to a hospital. No one else was injured.
The cause of the fire has not been determined.
