PITTSBURGH — An investigation is underway after a woman was shot Monday in Pittsburgh’s Lincoln-Lemington neighborhood, police said.
ShotSpotter alerted officers of shots fired in the 1300 block of Paulson Avenue just before 5 p.m., authorities said.
While canvassing the area, officers were alerted that a shooting victim had arrived at a residence in the 7100 block of Churchland Street. A 38-year-old woman was found at the home and suffering from a gunshot wound to an arm and a graze wound to an ear, police said.
The woman is expected to be OK.
No arrests have been made so far.
