Parents seek answers in disappearance of son, posts billboard

PITTSBURGH — The family of a missing Penn Hills man wants answers surrounding his disappearance, which is why they've put up a billboard in Pittsburgh.

Sunday marks the three-year anniversary of Dominick Brown's disappearance. The young man was last seen by a jitney driver who dropped him off at an apartment in McKeesport on March 22, 2012.

He had plans to meet with a friend, according to Brown's mother, but he never showed up.

Brown is considered missing but presumed deceased, and there are no solid leads in his case.

But that doesn't mean his family is going to stop looking for answers.

"If somebody could just have a heart and conscience, just to let us know where they put his body at," said Lisa Zellars, Brown's mother. "We can have some closure."

Zellars put the billboard at the corner of Fifth and Hamilton avenues in Pittsburgh in an effort to solicit more information about her son.
