OAKMONT, Pa. — Police are investigating after a 27-year-old man died after being shot in the thigh and leg in Oakmont early Sunday.
Officials have identified the victim as Brandon Turowski, who was transported to Forbes Regional Hospital and declared dead.
Preliminary investigation information indicates that two men broke into a residence on View Street and at least one of them went upstairs where there was a confrontation that led to Turowski being shot.
Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact the Allegheny County police homicide unit.
