MUNHALL, Pa. — A woman was killed early Wednesday after a fire ripped through a Munhall home.
Firefighters were called to the home on Ravine Street just before 1 a.m. And when they got there, they found a ball of flames engulfing the roof of the home.
Firefighters rushed to get the Helen Leskanic, 87, out of the home, but she didn’t survive her injures.

A firefighter was taken to the hospital for heat exhaustion.
The fire marshal was called to the scene to investigate the cause of the fire.
