WESTMORELAND COUNTY, Pa. — Two men are facing charges after they exchanged sexual messages with an undercover officer who was posing as a 14-year-old boy, police said.
Harold Enriquez, 32, of Greensburg, and Brian Zupancic, 27, of Jeannette, each face charges including attempted involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and unlawful contact with a minor.
Investigators made a fake profile on a social media app.
Under the impression that he was communicating with a 14-year-old, Enriquez solicited inappropriate pictures and sexual acts, according to a criminal complaint. He also asked how long the teenager would be by himself and inquired about his location.
The undercover officer set up a meeting location with Enriquez on Monday in Hempfield Township. Enriquez was arrested and his identity was confirmed through a photo of himself that he sent to the officer posing as the teenager.

Zupancic was also arrested on Monday when the undercover officer set up a meeting location.
Before the meeting, Zupancic solicited sexual acts from the officer, who he believed was a 14-year-old boy, on social media, a complaint said. During the communication, he asked “if he was sure his parents wouldn’t come back.”
Both arrests were made within six hours of each other.

Police said both men confessed to the messages and meeting, and said they knew it was illegal.
Neither suspect has a serious or lengthy criminal record.
