PHILADELPHIA — Police moved quickly to arrest a would-be bank robber in Philadelphia.
The suspect is an 86-year-old woman.
Investigators say Emily Coakley pushed her walked into the T.D. Bank in University City Tuesday afternoon, showed a revolver and demanded $400.

According to police, the weapon was not loaded, but Coakley did have bullets in her purse.
Officers arrested her inside the bank.
She is charged with aggravated assault and robbery.
