WESTMORELAND COUNTY, Pa. — A fugitive wanted on numerous criminal charges showed up at family's Fourth of July party in West Newton, where he allegedly pointed a handgun at a man and then ran him over in a car as he escaped, state police said.
State police are searching for Antonio Wilkins, 20, of Jeannette, who has been wanted by police for the past 10 days.
Wilkins is facing charges for
on June 26, and state police recently filed new sexual assault charges against him last week.

"He's extremely dangerous and everywhere he goes, crime follows," said Trooper Stave Limani. "If you are harboring a fugitive, you are committing a crime. That's something we can arrest you for."

State police say they're not sure why Wilkins showed up announced yesterday at the Stout family's Fourth of July party.
The victim, David Stout, said he has three broken ribs, road rash on his back and bruises on his arms.
"Thank God I'm alive today, because I could have been shot," Stout said. "I'm hoping they catch him, because this is going to happen to someone else."
Anyone with information on Wilkins' whereabouts is asked to call police.
