A Donegal woman was killed in a crash in Rostraver Township, Westmoreland County, on Thursday afternoon.
Lenora L. Maiolo, 45, was driving a GMC Envoy in the northbound lanes when of Route 51 when the SUV left the left side of the roadway at 3:14 p.m., according to a coroner's report.

The SUV returned to the roadway and rear-ended a car, overturned and ended up on the right side of the road near Tom Clark Motor Sports.

Maiolo was ejected from the SUV, the coroner's report said, and suffered multiple blunt-force injuries. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities believe speed was a factor in the crash. Maiolo was not wearing a seat belt.
The driver of a sedan with rear-end damage was taken to a hospital by private vehicle, but police say he was OK.
A passenger in Maiolo's vehicle was not seriously injured.
