PITTSBURGH — A man convicted in a deadly hit-and-run crash is scheduled to be sentenced Thursday.
In July, Zachary Chicko of New Kensington was convicted of causing the death of Brandon Ortmann in September 2015.
Ortmann was riding a bicycle on Steubenville Pike in North Fayette when he was killed.

The judge tells us the outcome could be significant because the minimum sentencing laws in Pennsylvania are being challenged.
