MCKEES ROCKS Pa. — Allegheny County foster parents are facing charges after investigators said they forced two children they were caring for to fight.
Investigators said the couple forced the boys, ages 8 and 10, to fight each other in the living room of the couple’s McKees Rocks home several times in July.
The investigation into the foster home began after a report to Childline alleging physical child abuse of an 8-year-old and 10-year-old boy – all at the hands of their foster parents.

Police issued a warrant for the arrest of Gregory Miller and Javonna Miller, under charges of endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors.
The 8-year-old boy was taken to UPMC Children’s Hospital where he told investigators of the fights his foster parents forced them to have.
The boy told investigators he lived in fear and had butterflies in his stomach because was forced to fight his foster brother.
One of the fights, the boy said, happened over the Fourth of July holiday.
The boy said Javonna Miller forced him to fight his older foster brother three different times.
A man who answered the door told Channel 11 the couple who is wanted by police does not live there and never has. Police said that is the right house and the Millers did live there.
