If you’ve ever had a craving for cookies and milk way past your bedtime, a new late-night bakery hopes to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Insomnia Cookies serves baked goods straight from the oven and delivers them to homes and businesses daily until from 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. The company is set to open a new location this summer on Carson Street on the South Side.
The South Side Pittsburgh location will serve cookies including Chocolate Chunk, Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup and the S’mores Deluxe. The requisite pint of cold milk can also be added to any order. Not in the mood for a cookie? Insomnia Cookies also serves and delivers cookie cakes and brownies.
