A Butler man is accused of trying to run over two women with his car after they wouldn’t sell him drugs.
Jeffrey Perritt was charged with aggravated assault.
Police said Perritt jumped the sidewalk with his car and tried to hit the women with his vehicle along North Monroe Street in the city of Butler.

"I saw the car trying to run the one girl over," said Sara Davis, who called 911. "They ask for a plate, I said hold on, and I took a picture of it."
Butler police said Perritt took it to the extreme on N. Monroe Street, when his car left the roadway and jumped the sidewalk to try and hit one of the women.
"This is my neighborhood. My kids walk out here. He could've killed someone."
No one was injured.
Perritt remains in jail.
