MONROEVILLE, Pa. — Police charged two people in connection with an incident earlier last week at a Monroeville shopping center.
According to investigators, Chelsea Guerra, 21, of Indiana borough, was being photographed at about 11 a.m. on April 8 in front of businesses at the Miracle Mile shopping center.
Police said she was wearing only stockings and high heel shoes.

Police said that Michael Warnock told them he hired Guerra after placing an ad on Craigslist for a nude model. Warnock was photographing Guerra, police said.
Guerra faces charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
Warnock was charged with criminal solicitation, criminal conspiracy, disorderly conduct and possession of controlled substances.
Police said they found narcotics and sedatives in Warnock’s car.
