Police responded to a fight between two women at Sandcastle on Sunday, ultimately escorting the women from the water park.
A spokesperson for the park said a lifeguard notified security about an altercation between two guests.
Christy McCann, one of the women involved, said the fight started with words over how she chose to discipline her toddler, but escalated quickly.
"Before I knew it, my hair was being pulled and I was being drug across the cement," McCann told Channel 11 News.

McCann said she and her aunt were assaulted, but police aren't sure. The police chief of West Homestead said there were witnesses to the fight, but no one could agree to who started it.
The altercation was over when security arrived, and police then responded to gather information. Both women were escorted off the property and no charges were filed.
Police said there is surveillance video, but it's not clear enough to tell how many people were involved because witnesses couldn't agree to who was at fault.
Melissa Kelly, marketing, group sales and public relations manager, issued a statement reading in part:
"Our staff handled the situation exactly as trained. We pride ourselves on our family-friendly atmosphere and we were saddened by this event which took place on a beautiful Sunday afternoon as families were enjoying family fun moments at our waterpark. We do not condone and will not tolerate such activity. The safety of our guests and employees will always remain our number one priority."
