Police have named a suspect in a Sept. 2 Penn Hills shooting that left a man dead.
Steven Sparrow, 20, is charged with criminal homicide and other crimes in connection with the death of Andre Williams, 26, Allegheny County Police said Wednesday.

Williams was found near Lincoln and Vine streets with a gunshot wound to the forehead and subsequently died at a hospital.
Police said Sparrow is currently a fugitive and should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees him should call 911 immediately.
