A man was found shot in the face in Churchill early Saturday morning, officials said.
Emergency crews were dispatched to the intersection of Homer Drive and Churchill Road around 2:16 a.m., according to investigators.
On arrival, they found a 31-year-old male who had suffered a gunshot wound to the face, investigators said.
The man was transported to the hospital, where he was listed in stable condition. Police arrested the woman who was with the man in a vehicle, Taneisha Buice, 32, of Verona, investigators said.
Police said their investigation determined that Buice had allegedly shot the male during an argument.
Buice is awaiting arraignment on charges of aggravated assault, attempted homicide and recklessly endangering another person, police said.
