MONROEVILLE, Pa. — Potholes in one Allegheny County community are causing major problems for drivers.
One pothole on Center Road in Monroeville doesn't look like much, but it’s causing a lot of damage to cars.
"It’s pretty bad. You really have to dodge them. Kind of like swiss cheese," said Mary Grace Leon.
A man who owns a ski shop up the road near Gateway Drive told Channel 11 that 35 people have stopped in his parking lot with flat tires in the past couple of weeks.

The three holes in a row on Center Road are right near the Pennsylvania Turnpike overpass next to Gateway Drive.
Leon contacted Channel 11 because her daughter was one of those unfortunate drivers.
"She said, 'You probably need to get your car towed,'" Leon said. "She hit a pothole and the tire went down."
She hit it Saturday, and her car still has the spare tire on it. Leon told Channel 11 she called around to find out who's responsible for fixing it, but wasn't able to get a clear answer.
Monroeville police told her it is Allegheny County’s responsibility.
"So they gave me a number to call for county dispatch, I guess," she said. "And I called that and they patched me back to Monroeville -- they said they don’t do anything on the Monroeville road."
Channel 11 called Monroeville, who told us they only salt and plow Center Road and that Allegheny County patches the potholes.
“Caught in the middle, blew a tire and I was just concerned because I didn't want other people to have the same issue. It could be very dangerous,” Leone said.
