It's taken more than four months for the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority to replace a leaky water main in Etna. Now, the main is expected to be back up and running as early as Wednesday night.
The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority replaced 300 feet of pipe feeding its largest reservoir.
Interim Director Bob Weimar said the project is complete, but the utility must get approval from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection before it can be re-introduced into the system. That's expected to come by Thursday.
