Atria’s at PNC Park has a new menu items for the 2017 Pirates season. The lineup starts with the unique Cop Out Pierogie Taco’s. They start with sautéing a giant, handmade pierogie from Cop Out Pierogies in Etna. The pierogie wraps around freshly grilled kielbasa with sauerkraut and sautéed onions. It’s topped with fresh sour cream and mustard.
Batting up next is The Pirate Poutine. This creation from Chef Josef Karst is a gooey layering of French fries, cheese curds and our pot roast gravy.
Rounding out the lineup is their new Smoking Section, which is filled with flavorful, in house smoked meats. Guests have their choice of signature baby back ribs, pulled BBQ pork, house smoked BBQ beef brisket, BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp and smokehouse kielbasa.
