CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — UPDATE 6:15 p.m.
According to police paperwork filed Thursday, police have seen suspicious activity and received complaints about a Cranberry Township massage parlor for years.
Those complaints led police to believe there may be prostitution activities taking place at the Chinese Foot Massage on Dutilh Road.
The criminal complaint shows two women have been arrested after undercover officers watched the business in June and July and entered as customers.
Police said the woman offered to perform sex acts, stated prices and suggested using cash.

One officer wrote that even though there were plenty of parking spaces, "nearly half of the male patrons park in adjacent lots...an overt attempt...to surreptitiously enter the business."
Jing Wang and Di Xu were arrested and have now been charged with promoting prostitution and other crimes.
Both women are in the Butler County Jail.
More than $100,000 in cash was found inside the business, according to police.

Officials said three people will be charged after a raid at a Cranberry Township business Wednesday afternoon.
Police said they executed a search warrant at the Chinese Foot Massage after they received numerous complaints of suspected prostitution.
Investigators were at the scene for hours loading a storage truck with massage tables, computers, guns and other evidence.
“At this time, anything that would be in the business of a prostitution is what we are looking for. So that would include electronics, banking records, ownership records, funds or anything indicating illegal activities,” said Sgt. Chuck Mascellino, with Cranberry Township police.
Officials told Channel 11 that the three people who will be charged are employees who were taken in for questioning.
Lisa Polkis, who lives nearby, told Channel 11 she noticed suspicious activity and wasn't surprised to see police raiding the building because of suspected prostitution.
"Every time you would pull in the lot here, you would only see guys here," Polkis said. "This is ridiculous. We shouldn't have this in our community."
