MCKEESPORT, Pa. — A tractor-trailer tipped over near the Jerome Street Bridge in Port Vue.
Debris spilled on River Road, blocking one of the lanes.
Rescuers pulled the driver out and took him to the hospital with minor injuries.
Construction workers told Channel 11 they were bringing metal scrap to their barge when the accident happened.
It took several hours to clean the mess up and move the truck.
The road was closed to traffic during the cleanup.
