The driver injured in an accident on the Pennsylvania Turnpike Saturday morning has been identified.
James A. Reash, 50, overturned his tractor-trailer on Interstate 76 between Pittsburgh and Allegheny Valley around 4:20 a.m. Saturday.
Reash was traveling westbound when the vehicle struck a concrete medial barrier and rolled over, according to a release from state police.

Reash was taken to Forbes Hospital with a suspected serious injury. There is no update on his condition.
The accident effectively closed the road, blocking all lanes of traffic, according to the Turnpike’s website.
The incident affected all westbound traffic on the road.

The detour that was in place at the time of the accident was lifted around 10:30 a.m., opening all lanes on the roadway.
