PITTSBURGH — UPDATE 2:57 P.M.: Interstate 79 has completely reopened, PennDOT said.
An overturned tractor-trailer is blocking all lanes of Interstate 79 southbound.

The accident is between the Interstate 279 split (Exit 72) and Mt. Nebo Road (Exit 68).
Cabbage and other produce were being hauled by the truck.
