Jury selection is set to begin on November 13 in the attempted murder trial.
Hribal will be 20-years-old when he faces a jury for the violence he is being accused of committing.
Hribal’s defense team asked the judge to allow him to plead guilty but mentally ill. The judge rejected that request.
Hribal’s attorney also wanted the case to be tried in juvenile court, but the judge ruled Hribal must face the charges as an adult.
