WEST VIEW, Pa. — One person suffered minor injuries after a truck crashed into a West View home on Wednesday.
The homeowner said she is thankful to be alive after a rude wake-up call Wednesday morning when the truck crashed into her front porch.
"I could see a front end of a pickup truck through my wall," Kara Johnston said. "I went outside and found a very drunk, messed-up young man."

Her house on Glenmore Avenue, the porch and yard are all heavily damaged.
A short time later, police and firefighters arrived to check out the damage.
Johnston said this has never happened before on her street.
No word yet on whether the driver will face any charges.
