NEW CASTLE, Pa. — Two teenagers are charged in a double homicide in New Castle.
Caden Popovich and Donovon Miller, both 17, are facing criminal homicide charges in connection with a shooting Sunday night on Franklin Avenue.

Cameron Martwinski and Justin Luca, both 19, were shot and killed in an upstairs apartment. According to police, both victims were shot multiple times.
Popovich is also charged with possession of a firearm by a minor, carrying a firearm without a license and receiving stolen property.

According to the criminal complaint, the shooting was over a marijuana deal. Officers found at least 14 shell casings inside the home, according to paperwork.
Channel 11 talked to friends of victim Cameron Martwinski who said he was like family.

"I loved the kid like he was my own," said Russell Sager, a close friend to Martwinski.
"We were best friends since third grade. We did everything together," said James Sager, Martwinski's best friend.
Those closest to Martwinski are devastated they will never see him again.
"I'm going to miss him," said Russell Sager.
Both teens will be lodged in the Lawrence County Jail.
