PITTSBURGH — A car caught on fire on I-376 eastbound Saturday night, which caused significant delays and lane closures.
According to PennDOT, the fire started around 9:45 p.m. on the Parkway East between Exit 77 toward Edgewood/Swissvale and Exit 78 toward Route 30.

All lanes heading east on the highway were shut down for about 20 minutes, and crews opened up one lane around 10:05 p.m.
Traffic returned to normal after the vehicle was removed around 10:45 p.m.

Viewers sent Channel 11 this video that shows the car completely engulfed in flames on the side of the road.
