MONROEVILLE, Pa. — A woman facing charges after she modeled nude outside shopping center in Monroeville is heading to court.
Chelsea Guerra, 21, waived on Monday her preliminary hearing on charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct for the April incident outside the Miracle Mile Shopping Center.
Investigators said Guerra, of Indiana Borough, was wearing only stockings and high heel shoes as she was being photographed in the late morning of April 8 outside the businesses on William Penn Highway.

The photographer, 64-year-old Michael Warnock, of North Point Breeze, told police that he hired Guerra after placing an ad on Craigslist. %

Warnock was initially charged with criminal solicitation, criminal conspiracy, disorderly conduct and possession of controlled substances. He waived the charges of criminal solicitation and criminal conspiracy to court. The disorderly conduct and possession of controlled substances charges were withdrawn.
