WPXI's 37th annual Holiday Parade

It's almost that time of year again!

WPXI's annual Holiday Parade will take place Nov. 25 starting at 9 a.m. on Liberty Avenue in Downtown Pittsburgh.

Performers include Chris Jamison, from NBC's hit show, "The Voice", Jeff Jimerson, recording artist and Pittsburgh Penguin's national anthem singer, Mirror Image from season 12 of "America's Got Talent", The World Famous Harlem Globetrotters, The Joseph Sisters, the Keymakers, Kea Michaels, the Pittsburgh CLO Mini Stars, A' Capella Singing Sensations, 1NE and more.

The parade will be an opportunity for paradegoers to be on the lookout for their Steeley McBeam, Iceburgh, the Pirate Parrot, the Nittany Lion and West Virginia University's Mountaineer will all be there.

There will also be adorable dog groups, local marching bands, decorated floats, huge balloons of Smokey the Bear, Rudolph, Daniel Tiger and other performance groups such as Karen Prunzik's Broadway Performing Arts, the Steel City Ghostbusters and the Organization of Chinese Americans.

The entertainment will lead up to the most anticipated guest of the event, Santa Claus!

The best place for paradegoers to watch the extravaganza is on Liberty Avenue, between 11th and 6th streets.

If you would rather enjoy the parade in the comfort of your own home, you can join Channel 11's David Johnson, Peggy Finnegan, Lisa Sylvester and Alby Oxenreirter live on WPXI from 9-11 a.m.

There will be an encore presentation of the parade on Channel 11 on Dec. 24 from 11:30 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. and Dec. 25 from 5 a.m. - 7 a.m.

We will also livestream the parade here on WPXI.com from 9-11 a.m. and later in the evening from 7:30-9:30 p.m.
