T.J. Watt surprises Pittsburgh cancer patient with Super Bowl tickets from Steelers

PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker T.J. Watt surprised a cancer patient at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh with Super Bowl tickets.

Corey Fischer received a virtual call from Watt, letting him know that he’ll be attending Super Bowl LVI on Sunday in Los Angeles.

“I’m very jealous of you, because you’re about to do something that I’m not able to do this year,” Watt said as he delivered the news to Fischer.

Fischer was given two tickets, which were provided by the Steelers.

“It’s very exciting. I wish the Steelers were in the Super Bowl, but I’m excited to go,” Fischer said. “I’ve been lucky since I got admitted here. Penguins, Steelers … I’m a spoiled boy.”
