COLUMBUS, Ohio — An Ohio newspaper has reportedly canceled its plans to give out crying Sidney Crosby masks amid the Stanley Cup playoff series between the Pittsburgh Penguins and Columbus Blue Jackets.
The Columbus Dispatch on Friday tweeted, “#CBJ fans, make sure you pick up Sunday's Dispatch. You can get a #SidTheKid mask to wear to Sunday's #PITvsCBJ game @NationwideArena.”
Penguins’ fans weren’t having it.
