State police said they are investigating this as an accidental drowning.
Police got a report that a teenager was spotted in the water Tuesday night. Our crews were there when Pennsylvania State Police and a dive team were searching Wednesday morning.
Rescue crews recovered Lundy’s body later in the morning with help from all-terrain vehicles and dive teams searching a deep section of Creek Falls.
According to state police, Lundy was there Tuesday night with a group of friends, but there was said to be as many as 100 people in the remote section of the creek.
Even as crews were still in the process of recovering and clearing the scene, Channel 11 crews saw dozens of people pulling up trying to get back to swim Wednesday. State police were there just two years ago for another man who drowned.
