OAKDALE, Pa. — A man wanted for shooting a woman and her young child in Steubenville, Ohio has been arrested in Allegheny County.
Channel 11 has learned 18-year-old Brylee West was taken into custody in Oakdale.

He was spotted earlier this week in Beaver County where he had been staying with a woman. Police surrounded her home for several hours, but when they made entry it was discovered that West was already gone.
The woman told Channel 11 West was brought to her house by an acquaintance.
Steubenville police told Channel 11 there is $1000 reward for his arrest and that he just got out of a juvenile detention center after serving time for shooting when he was 14 years old.
