NORTH BRADDOCK, Pa. — A North Braddock police officer is off the job and under investigation because of an online sex ad.
That officer is shown wearing his uniform, in pictures taken at the borough building, but he says it's a setup.
Most of the stuff on the Backpage profile is so graphic we can't share it.
Police confirm Officer Michael Foley is being investigated, but he's fighting back.

Channel 11 showed North Braddock residents Officer Foley's alleged Backpage ad and they were speechless.
The page reads Officer Foley is a "White alpha male bull seeking couples/wives/girlfriends."
"Also, women, do you have a fantasy of being taken by a (real life) cop?"
"The community looks up to a person that wears that badge," said Dennis Evans, who lives near the municipal building and calls the allegations a shame. “It's not only giving the police station a bad name, it's given the community a bad name."
North Braddock police confirm Foley has been suspended until further investigation for the suspected misconduct.
The page features photos of the officer in his full uniform.
Some photos Channel 11 has been able to confirm were taken inside the borough building.
We spoke to Foley's attorney, who says his client denied posting any messages on the site and, “He believes that he has been framed. He did not create the page or the message that is at hand. My client believes someone took a likeness of him and posted it online. He is disappointed by the lack of due process afforded to him by the borough and its police chief."
Channel 11 has learned the North Braddock chief is planning on meeting with Officer Foley and his union representative soon.
Legal experts tell us this suspected conduct is not illegal; however, there may be ramifications under the policy of the police department, as well as the code of conduct for police officers, if this is in fact true.
