CENTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Only Channel 11 uncovered an arrest made in a robbery and shooting.

Police said the victim, Chris Hall, was shot in the stomach at a Beaver County hotel.

Hall said he was hanging out with a friend in the Center Township hotel, when suddenly there was a gun in his face.

Kristopher Strejcek, a Pittsburgh rapper who goes by the name Strae Bullet, is one of two suspects who planned and carried out a surprise robbery of Hall in July.

Police told Channel 11 they caught his conspirator, Christopher Aeschbacher, of Industry, in August, just a few weeks after police say Aeschbacher intentionally set up Hall, his longtime friend, for a robbery that turned into a shooting.

Hall said he was relieved to hear of the second arrest.

"I was dead. I was on life support for a couple of days," Hall said. He described coming out of the bathroom and being confronted by Strejcek, who was holding a gun.

"He just shot me and I fell back," Hall said.

Aeschbacher, whom Hall had known since high school, stole his nest egg of $14,000, which he had been given in a workers' compensation settlement. It was all the money he had.

"I've known him 27 years and he set me up, let a dude in my hotel room and smoked a cigarette while it happened," Hall said.

Hall said he was in surgery for eight hours and still has a hole in his stomach the size of a thumb.
