PITTSBURGH — Allegheny County reported 139 new positive cases and one additional death Tuesday, according to the Allegheny County Health Department.
With Tuesday’s new cases, the county’s total is now at 6,574 cases. The new positive cases come out of 1,501 test results from that span June 29 through July 20.

The breakdown of positive test results by date the specimen was collected follow:
- Week of June 29: 5
- Week of July 5: 22
- Week of July 12: 105
- Week of July 19: 12
In the newest cases, ages range from 1 to 92 years old with the median age being 38.

The total number of people who have died from coronavirus complications is 209. The most recently reported death is of a 63-year-old whose date of death was July 19.
There has also been 8 new hospitalizations reported.
