BUTLER, Pa. — A state rep. for part of Butler County sent an open letter demanding “Tyrant Tom Wolf” resign or face impeachment over issues with the response to the COVID-19 pandemic in Pennsylvania.

Rep. Daryl Metcalfe (R-Butler) posted the full letter to his Facebook page. In the letter, he said “it is time that you (Gov. Tom Wolf) vacate the position of governor and allow for a leader more in line with our citizen’s values” and that Wolf’s executive orders “have endangered the lives and livelihoods” of people living here. Metcalfe asks Wolf “make the honorable choice to step down and save the Commonwealth from further hardship and embarrassment.”
