LATROBE, Pa. — A teenager is being charged as an adult after the fatal shooting of a 15-year-old on Tuesday evening at a Latrobe apartment.
Andrew Braddy, 17, allegedly shot and killed Devin Capasso with a stolen Glock Model 19 9mm, police said. Capasso was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police and paramedics were called to the apartment building on Main Street around 6:30 p.m. according to police.
Several other teens and two adults were in the apartment and witnessed the shooting, but there is no clear motive at this point.
Police found two stolen handguns ditched nearby. One is the gun that Braddy allegedly used in the shooting. It was reported stolen out of a vehicle in Derry Township on Aug. 25.

Joseph Hays, a witness, lives in the apartment right above where Capasso was shot. He rushed downstairs when he heard the gunshot.
"I'm looking at this kid, and all I'm thinking is he's gone. I'm pretty sure before the cops even got here, the kid was gone,” said Hays. "They had a towel laying on their floor in the apartment, so I picked it up, didn't care if it was dirty or clean. I just knew I had to apply pressure where he was shot at, get the bleeding to stop, something."
Capasso died in Hays' arms.
The Greater Latrobe School District released the following statement:
"The warmest, sweetest guy around here. You can't say that about everyone; he was a teddy bear in a bucket cap, he didn't want to hurt anyone," said Elijah Straw, a neighbor.
Braddy is being charged with criminal homicide, firearm carried without a license, theft from motor vehicle, and receiving stolen property.
