Man accused in deed fraud scheme owns stairs that collapsed, injured woman

The man arrested last month and accused of orchestrating one of Western Pennsylvania’s largest-ever deed fraud schemes also owns the property where a woman fell more than 20 feet over the weekend after the stairs gave way, 11 Investigates discovered.
