Hello Kitty Cafe Truck rolls back into Pittsburgh this weekend

PITTSBURGH — Hello Kitty fans can rejoice because the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is continuing its East Coast tour with a stop in Pittsburgh!

Saturday, August 29 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. the all-pink cafe on wheels will be at the Ross Park Mall near the Cheesecake Factory.

The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck will feature some exclusive goodies, collectibles and sweet treats like the new Hello Kitty Cafe Cookie Plush; hand-decorated cookie sets; Sprinkle Mugs; Giant Hello Kitty Cafe Chef Cookies; décor; apparel and more.

Those attending can also expect all-new safety procedures and increased sanitation efforts in place for guests including social distancing and wearing masks.

The iconic truck made its first appearance in the United States in October 2014. Since then, it has traveled to more than 100 cities across the country. Following Pittsburgh, the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck will continue its 2020 East Coast tour with a stop in Columbus, Ohio on September 5.
