A real housewife of New Jersey has become a legitimate bodybuilder of New Jersey.
Teresa Giudice, who's best known as a personality on Bravo's Real Housewives of New Jersey, competed in her first bodybuilding contest Saturday. Yes, that's same Giudice who has four kids and spent time in prison before releasing a best-selling book.
Now, Giudice is clearly focusing on fitness. In the NPC South Jersey bodybuilding championships this weekend, she competed in a sparkly purple bikini and took third place (out of seven) in the women-over-40 contest.
"So proud of @teresagiudice for stepping on stage today for her first time ever in the bikini division!" wrote trainer Tara Zito.
Fans who have been following Giudice closely on social media have watched the reality star workout in videos, but Giudice hasn't posted publicly about her first bodybuilding competition. She did, however, share what looked like a celebratory meal on her Instagram story: Mexican. Following that, Giudice shared clips Sunday of herself exercising on the treadmill and preparing a pasta lunch.
