You gotta Regatta! With three days of fun and sun, attendees can expect excitement on water and land for the annual EQT Three Rivers Regatta.
The 40th anniversary of the Regatta is slated for Aug. 4-6 this year, and the Pittsburgh tradition will feature action-packed water events along with three days of entertainment.

Visitors know the Regatta isn’t just about boat races. From fireworks to bands, to the Wheel of Lights Ferris Wheel, and of course food vendors, the event is known for being family-friendly, with activities for all ages.
This year’s regatta will also feature the popular
again this year.The competition features five-person amateur teams who build contraptions and then launch them from atop a floating flight deck. Flugtag means “flying day” in German.

The event in downtown Pittsburgh takes place at the North Shore Riverwalk, Art Rooney Avenue, Point State Park and the Clemente Bridge.

Some highlights for this year include:
- Performances by country music star Easton Corbin and 90s band Smash Mouth on Aug. 4 and 5
- Pittsburgh Icons is the theme for this year's PITT OHIO Lighted Boat Parade on Aug. 5
- ALCOSAN's 3 Rivers Proud Anything That Floats Race will set sail Aug. 6. Applications are open now
