WESTMORELAND COUNTY, Pa. — Two people were arrested after police said they found more than 460 stamp bags of suspected heroin during a traffic stop in Westmoreland County.
Police arrested Demetrius Clark, 34, of Indiana and Cora Ann McElravy, 25, of Kittanning on charges of drug possession with intent to deliver during the traffic stop on Route 22 in Derry Township Saturday.
Troopers said they found 422 stamp bags of suspected heroin when the pair gave them consent to search the vehicle. Another 44 stamp bags were located in a pocket behind the passenger seat.
The stamps included Scorpion, 777, Bull, Old School and Focus.
Clark and McElravy were taken to the Westmoreland County prison.
