Two men have been arrested for dozens of burglaries across Allegheny and Washington counties.
Scott Davis, 32, and Timothy Kelly, 19, confessed to removing the locks off the doors of many popular businesses, including the new Bethel Bakery and Suzie B's in North Strabane.
Channel 11 found out Scott Davis is an employee of a family owned business called David Safe and Lock.

Police said he confessed saying his training gave him the ability to remove the locks quickly
He added that he can actually remove locks with just his fingers.
But in all of these cases, he used a screw driver and vise grip.
Both suspects have been charged with felony burglaries, but neither is in the Washington County Jail.
They were both taken to rehab for drug treatment, but will be arraigned later this week.
