WASHINGTON, D.C. — A full-size replica of Air Force One has been gathering crowds as it travels from Rhode Island to Maryland.

The Boeing 747 was situated on the barge in Rhode Island, where it was built and developed.

TRENDING NOW:

When it arrives at the National Harbor in Maryland, crews will remove it from the barge with cranes. There it will be part of the "Air Force One Experience" exhibit.

The exhibit runs from Oct. 19 through the holidays.

Visitors to the center will be allowed to go on 90-minute tours of the plane.
