PITTSBURGH,None — Sheriff's deputies have apprehended one of Allegheny County's most wanted fugitives Monday night.
Christopher Green, 24, of Crafton Heights, was arrested at a home on Crafton Boulevard.
Police said Green had two warrants out for his arrest, including one for violating his probation concerning an indecent assault conviction back in 2009.
The victim, Green's live-in girlfriend at the time, stated that he had come home early that morning very high on what she believed to be marijuana. Upon waking the victim, Green became angry and started to yell and scream at her, police said.
Green then took the victim into the shower and began to assault her physically and verbally, police said.
The magisterial warrant dates back to early July, when police were called to respond to a domestic violence incident at the Laurel Village apartments in Penn Hills. Witnesses said Green and his girlfriend got into a verbal altercation as they exited her vehicle. The two continued to scream as they entered the victim's apartment, police said.
While in the apartment, Green allegedly took the victim's keys and gathered his things, while swatting and punching at his girlfriend, police said.
Green is currently being held in the Allegheny County Jail.
