Donning Pirates bibs that said “littlest fan,” West Penn Hospital’s “Bucco Babies” showed their support for the team on Friday. They were also given stuffed Pirate Parrots.
The Pirates kick off the 2016 season at PNC Park Sunday afternoon against the St. Louis Cardinals.
