EIGHTY FOUR, Pa. — Maggie Hardy Knox, the owner and president of 84 Lumber, paid $15.85 million for a new mansion in Boca Raton.

Bernard Palmer and Maggie Palmer, of custom homebuilder SRD Building Corp. sold the 9,735-square-foot home at 444 E. Coconut Palm Road in the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club. The price equated to $1,628 per square foot.

The deal was brokered by David W. Roberts of Royal Palm Properties.
