PITTSBURGH — A little more than a year after making public his pursuit, Rosebud Mining Co. principal Cliff Forrest has closed on buying the Pittsburgh Brewing Company complex in Lawrenceville.

Forrest acknowledged closing on buying the properties in a voicemail, not adding much further, in a deal that brings a complex of 20 buildings spread over eight or nine acres under his ownership.
